Today was a great day!

Not just because I was off work today, but because I spent the whole day with my children and my wife. Being with them always reminds me why I do what I do, and how thankful I am for them.

Today we went to the water park. We laughed, played and just had good ole' summer fun. After, We came home I cooked out on the grill. (Homemade hamburgers.) Later we had an amazing devotion time together.

I don't know if I have mentioned it or not, but we strive to have a family devotion three times a week.

I get more out of it sometimes than they do. But just hearing the open heart of my girls, always blow me away.
 
They have and awesome understanding of God's love and goodness.

Tonight was especially good because they all told me how thankful they are for Cheryl and I. But most importantly they said how thankful they are for God's love and Family. My heart melts with joy.

What a heritage!!! I'm honored and blessed to have them.
