This week has been a trying time for Cheryl. She received news this morning from her brother Rusty who is a Pastor in Atlanta, Tex, that her Grandmother in Texarkana had suffered a heart attack. She has been in poor health for several years now. But  what makes things worse is her Grandfather also has the shingles, which is a painful illness. Cheryl without hesitation drove up this evening to be by their side in the local Hospital.

What amazes me about all of this is how much Cheryl is dedicated to family and friends. It doesn't matter when emergency hit or what she is doing, if she is called to help she will do everything in her power to assist her family and friends.

She has really focused a lot of attention over the past several weeks to her family, but today really was hard on her! Please keep her in your prayers.

As for me, I am home this week with the girls which is always a thrill for me. We eat everything Cheryl told us not to, along with a great time this evening for the girls to chase dad around the house while mom is away!
